Was very confident when answering all my questions, he came dressed shop appropriate. The only questions he struggled to answer was checking the coolant, he knew we should check the level on a daily basis but it took him a while to answer the second part of knowing to check the concertation as well. He did on the other hand impress me with asking is this machine set-up to run, meaning all the tool and work offsets had been set correctly.
