Arda Buyuksan-
Arda was wearing safety glasses and the correct apparel for running a machine.
He was able to show me the electrical, air and lube cabinets and knows that he should not open ether of them.
He did not know air pressure range from the video but gave me an acceptable range that is shown on the side of the machine (80-120 / 85-110).
He knew that the machine coolant level should be check at the beginning of every shift.
Used scale to pick the correct material stated on the part drawing.
Arda answered all of the questions about the control correctly with no hesitation (E-stop, Feed Hold and Overrides buttons).
He was a little awkward when loading the part because he was pulling up on the vise handle when opening the vise instead of pushing down on the vise handle.
Used Single Block at 5% rapid to start running the program. He was able to find the distance to go position screen but was using one finger to press cycle start and feed hold.
Arda used the air gun to blow off the part standing behind the door and blew off the part inside the machine after removing it from the vise.
Arda passed the final but could use practice loading the stock in the vise to get more confident.
