Below is the Basic Mill Operator Course Curriculum. Please review the following points, prior to starting this course:
Courses are presented one chapter at a time, with individual topics presented in video format. Each video is followed by a corresponding quiz to test your understanding of the topic presented. You must pass the quiz for each topic to gain access to the next topic.

James demonstrated vast knowledge in the machine structure, measuring devices, tooling, and material selection. One thing that needs to be worked one is control navigation, but that can be worked on with time and practice.
Taylor demonstrated a diverse knowledge in machine structure, tooling, tolerences, and material specification. He understood how to run a program safley and effectivley and knew how to navigate around the control effeciently.
Thomas did well on the hands on test. He had some experence running Haas, so he did well with running a program.

Matt did very well for working with Haas machines for less than a few weeks. You can tell that he has worked on CNC machines and knows how to load a the stock correctly in the vise.
He used one hand when single blocking the first tool but pressed feed hold well above the part to check the distance to go display.
He cleaned the whole table with the air gun when changing the part. I explained that this is nessary when running production.
