Sergio Serrato - Haas Basic Mill Operator Feedback

Sergio,

Tended to look at the pendent when pressing the cycle start button.  I had him practice looking at the tool instead of the pendent when pressing the cycle start.

Loaded the stock in the vise with ease and was able to start the program safely using single block and the distance to go position screen.

Rose Denise Santos - Haas Basic Mill Operator Feedback

Denise,

Had no experience with loading the stock in the vise but after practicing a few times got the hang of it. She was really familiar with the button on the control and was able to start the program safely using single block and the distance to go position screen.

Denise can use more practice on a machine loading the part in the vise. I am passing her she understands how to start the program safely.

Iris Kim - Haas Basic Mill Operator Feedback

Iris,

Had no experience with loading the stock in the vise but after practicing a few times got the hang of it. She was pretty familiar with the button on the control and was able to start the program safely using single block and the distance to go position screen.

She had problems when trying to measure the part with calipers because she is left handed.

She had good questions about the thread gage and other details of the final to better understand the control.
