Diego was able to select the correct martial from the drawing.
He cleaned the vise and loaded the stock in the vise against the stop with the correct pressure.
Using single block, distance to go and setting the rapid overrides safely start the program.
Diego pulled up on the vise handle when tightening the vise. I recommended that he switch the handle so he can push down with both hands on the handle to loosen and tighten the vise.
Joshua,
Selected the correct material for the part and was able to load the vise correctly.
He started the program safely using single block watching the distance to go position at 5% rapid.
He also knew the control key functions and knew that he should not touch the overrides buttons.
You can tell he had no experience running the actual machine and can use some practice to get more comfortable load the part.
