did not attend scheduled appoitment , no cancelelation on Jan 13 2020 at 12:00. 3 Mounths of penelty till test can be taken again. Aprill 13 2020 earlest day. On march 9 2020 he booked apoitment again and did not show up or provided notice. I have give him one more chance, failure will disqualify him permanently.
