Did very well on the Mill Operator’s Certification Final. He was able to identify all the features of the machine. He knew the location all of the keys and explained the proper use of them.
Jacob selected the correct material, loaded the part in the vise against the stop and tightened the vise with the proper force. He checked the tools in the tool carousel to make sure that they match the tools in the program.
He has a clear understanding on how to use single block, Feed Hold and Distance to go to check that the tool is going to the correct location.
He selected the proper inspection tool to check the part dimensions and threads.
