Bailey Nixon - Haas Basic Mill Operator Feedback
Bailey did very well on the hands on final and will make a great machine operator.
He was able to start the test program safely using Single Block at 5% rapid checking the distance to go position.
He does seem a little over confident for the limited time he has run a machine. I had to have him slow down to make sure that he keeps his eyes on the spindle and on of his hands on the feed hold button when pressing cycle start.
