Jim displayed excellent operator skills and knowledge. A little more time on the controller and we have a complete understanding of the Haas System. 

Neal passed the hands on final but I can tell he has very little experience working on an actual machine.

He was very careful loading the stock in the chuck and verified that the chuck was in the middle of travel.

The manual chuck he knew not to leave the chuck key in the chuck.

He was able to start the program safely using single block and distance to go.

He ask how tight the vise needs to be and very careful to make sure the locating surface was clean before putting the stock in the vise.

Matt passed the hands on final and demonstrated that he can start a program safely using single block and distance to go. He is very familiar with the control because he is working on a simulator and machines every day testing software.

Arda did really well on the hands on final and was able to start the program safely using single block and checking the distance to go position.
