Student conducted proper pre operation inspection, setup tooling, loaded program, and safely ran an acceptable part.

Created a MasterCam part program, loaded program, installed and set tooling, loaded workpiece and set origins.  Ran program cautiously with finger on the "Feed Hold" button at all times.  Completed a machine walkaround identifying critical inspection points.  Successfully made a part to specification. 

Created MastrCam part program, loaded, setup required tooling, loaded workpiece and set workpiece origins.  Completed a machine walkaround and adjusted coolant level and concentration.  Proceeded to run the program with caution with finger on the "Feed Hold" button throughout.  Finished part met all dimensional requirements.

Student has properly completed the Hands on Test and met all other requirements.
