Jonathan passed the hands on final and was familiar with all of the keys on the control.
He followed my instruction well and was able to start the program safely using single block and distance to go.
Jose did really well on the final he has been running parts for a rework in R & D so he had experience putting the parts in a vise.
Shubham passed the hands on final but I can tell he has very little experience working on an actual machine.
He is motivated to learn how to operate the machines and followed my instruction well. I recommended talking to his supervisor to get time running the machines in R & D.
