Jacob did a great job.

His replies were all textbook.

Even when I threw some extra credit questions at him, he answered them correctly as well.

Andy did a great job.

The only thing I suggested was to make sure that he tightens the vise more to hold the part.

I suggested that using a torque wrench to tighten their vises is a good way to ensure everyone tightens the vise the same every time.
