Colin was wearing safety glasses and the correct apparel for running a machine.

He was able to show me the electrical, air and lube cabinets and knows that he should not open ether of them.

He was able to tell me that the coolant level should be check at the beginning of every shift.

Used a caliper to pick the correct material and size needed to make the part from the drawing.

Colin answered all of the questions about the control correctly (E-stop, Feed Hold and Overrides buttons).

Daniel needs a little more time running a machine to be able to be comfortable with performing operator duties. I don't think it will take him long to be able to pass the hands on test.

Michael was very comfortable on the machine and it was evident that his knowledge is beyond that of an operator.

Spencer was a little rough taking the hands-on test.

Overall he understands what we are testing & did good at running the part on the machine. 

He could use some help with inspecting the part & understanding some of the tools you will see around the shop.

Overall he did enough to pass the hands on test. 

With a little time on a machine, he will start to gain confidence.
