Student did not come prepared with safety glasses, I had to loan him a pair.  Student took over 2 minutes to find the coolant tank.  Student didn't know the safety concerns of the electrical cabinet.  Student doesn't know the recommended setting for the air regulator.  Student did not understand feed hold, single block, or when to adjust feed or spindle overrides.
