Passed with a 100%, started up and ran part

Did not know the names of most of the tools.  Spent a long time inspecting the insert cutter and could not identify that the inserts were not in the holder.  Appeared to make up defects that did not exist on tool holders and did not notice major chips on the cutters. Stated he should open the electrical cabinet weekly to clean it.  Did not know to check coolant concentration.  He stopped the machine during the out but did not seem to understand the relationship between the distance to go and what he was measuring.
