No safety glasses

Unable to identify electric cabinet, lube and air cabinet and wash down hose.

Could not name the vice.

Unable to describe reset, single block and rapid override functions.

Missed cleaning jaws of vice before loading material.  Struggled to clearly define difference between feed hold and emergency stop.   

Provided clear answers and descriptions. Overall good interview.
