The operator was not able to run the program in memory mode in single block mode.  She kept pressing the jog buttons for some reason and would not have been able to successfully operate the mill without a constant monitoring of foreman or instructor.

If this student can be given the opportunity to operate machine with instruction a few more times they can safely and \independently follow written operational sequence directions and successfully perform the function of operator

Due to safety concerns, this student needs more time on the machine to understand how to control the machine as an operator.
