For the Haas Certification Basic Mill Operator Practical Test, I served as the Testing Administrator. Prior to the student's arrival, I loaded the program, installed the required workholding, and ran a demo part to ensure the machine setup and program were correct. At the start of the test, I introduced the student to the Haas CNC machine, provided them with the drawing and raw material, and outlined the expectations. The student independently loaded the material into the workholding and successfully ran the preloaded program with minimal assistance.
