Needs much help and practice reading blueprints.

Not sure if it is a language issue, but the candidate was very nervous and could not explain any of the components of the machine.  Could not answer any questions.  Was too nervous or afraid to run the part.  Needs much more experience and practice on all aspects of operation.

Very safe and understood the process very well.
